**Massar Terms and Conditions** Last updated: February 2026. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Massar application and services in the Kingdom of Bahrain. **1. Acceptance** By downloading, accessing, or using the Massar app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. **2. Description of Service** Massar is a multi-vendor marketplace platform that connects customers with stores, clubs, and sellers in Bahrain. We facilitate browsing and purchasing products, event registrations, subscriptions, and delivery through integrated payment (Gate-E) and delivery (e.g. Oreem) partners. **3. Account and Eligibility** - You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to create an account and place orders. - You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. - You agree to provide accurate and current information. **4. Orders, Payment, and Delivery** - Orders are subject to acceptance by the store/seller. Payment is processed via Gate-E. Delivery may be handled by Oreem or other partners. Additional terms of stores, payment, and delivery may apply. - Prices, availability, and delivery fees are as shown at checkout. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and the store’s policy. **5. Prohibited Conduct** You may not: violate any applicable law; use the service for fraud or unauthorized transactions; infringe others’ intellectual property; transmit harmful code; or interfere with the platform or other users. **6. Intellectual Property** Content on the platform (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by Massar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. **7. Limitation of Liability** To the fullest extent permitted by law, Massar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from actions of stores, payment providers, or delivery partners. **8. Changes** We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL and may notify you in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. **9. Governing Law** These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Bahrain. **10.
